Seatisfy is a free wedding seating chart planner built around one stubborn problem: a seating chart isn’t really about tables — it’s about people, and who can (and can’t) sit next to whom. We set out to make that human problem feel effortless, while respecting your guests’ privacy completely.
What Seatisfy does
- Relationship-aware seating — mark who should sit together and who must stay apart (couples, families, exes), and the planner honors every rule.
- A transparent optimizer — one click arranges the whole room to maximize happy pairings and balance sides, and it explains the choices it made instead of hiding them in a black box.
- A drag-and-drop floor plan — lay out round, rectangle, head and sweetheart tables to scale, with live conflict warnings as you drag.
- Real-time collaboration — share one optionally password-protected link and plan together with your partner, parents or planner. No accounts.
- Print-ready everything — place cards, table cards, an alphabetical guest lookup, a caterer meal sheet, CSV, and a QR poster so guests find their own seats.
Private by default
Seatisfy is local-first: your guest list lives in your own browser and works offline. It is never sold, tracked, or shown ads, and there are no third-party scripts. Your plan leaves your device only when you choose to share a live link — and even then, share links can be password-protected. You can read the details in our privacy policy.
Why we built it
Most wedding tools want an account, an email address, and a slice of your data. We think planning the happiest day of your life shouldn’t cost you your privacy — or any money. Seatisfy is free, asks for nothing, and is designed so the boring parts (the math, the conflicts, the paperwork) take minutes instead of evenings.
